Warranty Details:

  • Accessory Warranty: Our accessories come with an 8-day warranty from the date you receive the product, covering damage to clasps or disassembly.
  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 16 business days after receiving your defective product.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Damage to clasps or links within 8 days of purchase.
  • Changes in color or appearance within 3 days of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions:

Please note that the following issues are not covered:
