Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to exchange any of our products purchased online, you can do so in one way:

  • By contacting us via email at hola@viisacramentos.com within 15 days following the delivery date of receipt of the product.

Return shipping costs and other expenses related to the return will be covered by the customer.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  1. If the package shows signs of mishandling by the carrier before it is opened. This must be immediately reported to our Customer Service team (please provide photographic evidence before opening the package).
  2. The product is defective.
  3. Errors in dispatched products or missing items.

For any other reasons, your request will be subject to review. Please send your request to Customer Service at hola@viisacramentos.com.

Please Note:

To initiate a return for online purchases, the customer must notify our Customer Service team within 15 days of the package’s delivery date.

Discounted or promotional products cannot be exchanged. Product exchanges will always be for the net price at which they were purchased.

Exchanges will be processed as product replacements or redeemable credits for use in VII SACRAMENTOS webstore.

If Your Product Does Not Meet the Criteria of Our Exchange and Warranty Policy:

  • The product must not be modified or altered from its original condition.
  • The product must be clean and in good condition.
  • Accessories, items from our SALE section, or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

If your exchange or warranty request is denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason, and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.
