1.8 Delivery Policies
Shipments within Colombia are handled through the Envia platform, and shipping charges depend on the package’s volume.
International shipments are handled through DHL, with shipping costs and import taxes calculated automatically based on the destination during checkout.
1.9 Delivery Times
Orders within Colombia are delivered in 3 business days for capital cities and 5 to 8 business days for more remote locations. International orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
1.10 Exchange Policies
Refund or exchange requests for unused items in perfect condition will be accepted within 5 days of the purchase date indicated on the invoice, except for medals and accessories. The invoice or gift receipt must be presented. Full refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
