Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VII Sacramentos order. Because our products ship internationally from Colombia, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

We accept claims within 15 days of delivery only in these cases:

  • The package shows visible damage from the carrier before being opened (please photograph before opening and contact us immediately)
  • The product arrives defective
  • Wrong item sent or missing item in your order

To open a claim: email us at hola@viisacramentos.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

How we resolve it: All approved claims are resolved as a store credit or product replacement — not a refund or return shipment. Given the international nature of our shipping, we do not accept physical returns. This allows us to resolve your issue faster and without additional shipping costs for you.

We do not accept claims for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size selected
  • Items marked as Sale or discounted
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Shipping costs ($40 USD flat rate) are non-refundable under any circumstance.

All resolutions are at the discretion of VII Sacramentos customer service team.
