IMPORTANT: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. We process orders Monday through Friday. Any order placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following week.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also contact us at hello@viisacramentos.com for updates on your shipment.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75 USD to the United States (calculated on the order total before taxes and after discounts).

Orders under $75 USD ship at a flat rate of $9.99 USD.

International Shipping

All orders ship from Colombia directly to your door via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched.

For standard products, please allow 3 to 5 business days for order preparation before shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier's website.
