If you experience an issue:

If your product has a manufacturing defect or irregularity, and you have followed all care instructions, we are here to help. Email us at hello@viisacramentos.com within 15 days of delivery.

What to include in your request:

  • Forward your order confirmation email
  • Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue
  • Make sure the product is clean and dry before photographing

Warranty details:

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects — not normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care
  • Products must be in their original condition — unmodified, unaltered, clean, and undamaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items are not covered by warranty
  • All approved warranty claims are resolved as store credit or product replacement — not cash refunds
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Not covered:

  • Damage caused by dropping, water exposure, or improper storage
  • Color fading due to prolonged sun exposure
  • Normal wear over time
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible. If it is not approved, you will receive an email explaining the reason. 🙏
